Bismillah.

Assalamu’alaikum!

I hope you’re all well and getting ready to greet the new Islamic year 1433H next week!

Even though there are no prescribed celebrations for a new year in Islam, however, it’s always good to take such occasions as opportunities to reflect on how well you’ve performed over the past year, in terms of dunya and akhira, as well as what you want to achieve over the coming year.

When reflecting back, if you see that you were successful in achieving lots of good deeds and good work, then say “Al-Hamdulillah!” and ask Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala) for more in the coming year. If you see otherwise, then ask Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala) for forgiveness and start a new sheet with the new year promising yourself to do better, inshaAllah.

Next week, we’ll be releasing a new ProductiveMuslim goal setting worksheet to help you with planning for the new year (& next 20 years even!), as soon as it is released I’ll send you an e-mail with the link inshaAllah.

Stay tuned!

Sincerely,
Abu Productive

Assalamu’alaikum!

As promised in our e-mail last Friday, here’s the link to our new ProductiveMuslim Goal Setting worksheet. http://bit.ly/plan-ner

This is a one-page worksheet that would help you set achievable goals for yourself and/or your family, as well as link them to our ultimate destiny: Akhira.

Here’s the link again: http://bit.ly/plan-ner

Check it out, download it and fill it up and let me know how you use it. You can also share your experience using the worksheet in this shared document here. http://bit.ly/sbwAaM.
